ROTOSCOPE

In digital animation class I learn about Rotoscoping. Rotoscoping is an animation technique in which animators trace over footage, frame by frame, for use in live-action and animated films.
The technique was invented by Max Fleischer, who used it in his series Out of the Inkwell starting around 1915.

So this is it! My attempt doing rotoscoping. ^-^

A little Change.

This is the short film that I like.

The concept of this film is very straightforward as it says about two individual who has different opinion about living in city and in hometown. And in the same time this film also shares on preserve the human nature. The message that I get from this short film is that "a little change makes a big difference".

6 Thinking Hats

For the first class the lecture were talking about 6 thinking hats. Thus here is my reflection on this topic.

So Six Thinking Hats it's a book by Edward de Bono.

White hat thinking - This covers facts, data and figures.

Red hat thinking - This signifies feelings, intuition, gut, and emotion.

Yellow hat thinking - Yellow hat symbolizes brightness and optimism. This is the logical positive.

Black hat thinking - This is the hat of judgment and caution. It also known as negative hat.

Green Hat thinking - This is the hat of creativity, alternatives, proposals, what is interesting, provocations and changes. Its gives opportunity to create or express new idea/concept.

Blue hat thinking -  Blue hat focuses on managing the thinking process, next step and actions or plans.

These six metaphorical hats is an powerful tool because it helps to analyze an issue/problem, generate ideas and coming out good solution.
This technique teaches parallel thinking ( defined as thinking process where focus is split in specific directions).

Qualitative and Quantitative Research

Here is my reflection on Qualitative and Quantitative Research based on my lecture explain.
Well its pretty simple to understand.

Qualitative Research :-
Qualitative Research is simply descriptive data. It is ways in which people think or feel.

Quantitative Research :-Quantitative Research gathers data in numerical form. This can be used to create charts and graphs.
